Am really glad we managed to pull this event off. Great thanks to IM Kevin Goh Wei Ming, CM Olimpiu Urcan, organiser Hui Yan, and all the chess enthusiasts from Nanyang CC, Siglap South CC, Asia Square Meetup and all around Singapore =)
I lost my game, but I was fun. Even though over-relying on the database and engines (too tired to think properly while other participants are rushing me to share my game, lol) this is a quick review of my own game (and pardon my typos of course).
My own game (but very reliant on engine click and database) — even then, I’m happy to see some ‘opening surprises’ — because I’m too lazy to learn proper theory, I will have to rely on such surprises from time to time to build up whatever limited knowledge I have =)
